Quiet night...

... because I was out with Cindy Sheehan... listening to her give a talk about Leadership: One Person Can Make a Difference. I even got to chat briefly with her afterwards. I credit her with putting a face to the wasted deaths of the BushWar and helping to make it acceptable to disapprove of GWB. The popularity of the war and GWB were above 50% before her Crawford vigil and they started to tank not long afterwards. In a question and answer session afterwards, she said that all the bigwigs in BushCo must be held accountable for their "war crimes" if we're to make it less likely for future administrations to lie the nation into war. She also said that we must all be willing to give up some of our comfort to bring about peace i.e. there is a cost. The way to peace is not war and war-mongers will never get us peace. Good stuff...
