Cut & Run... from Stay the Course

Think Progress is all over this BS about "Stay the course" never having been BushCo's mantra. The latest claim rears its ugly head in National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley's OpEd piece in USA Today. However, Hadely himself used the expression last year in a TV interview.

ThinkProgress has [this] documented on video, [and] other administration officials have repeatedly used "stay the course"” in the past. Despite the White House efforts to "cut and run" from "“stay the course," the truth won'’t let them.

"Cut and run from stay the course"... what a great line! To paraphrase Joe Louis: these bozos can run, but they can't hide.
